Visual testing under another angle of illumination

The HELIOS (HEmispherical LIght Oriented Sensor) product developed by Intercontrôle has revolutionised the way industrial televisual inspections are performed and interpreted.

The HELIOS technology represents a significant step forwards in televisual inspections.

This technology reveals indications on the surface of the material using oriented illumination. The analysis produces a set of images, which can be used to detect indications, and provides 3D data on the morphology of the indications.

This technology can be distributed in the form of a turnkey product, or as developments that are specific to our customers’ applications.
